I received my package of Mama Francesca Parmesan cheeses the other day to try. Not only did I receive six different kinds, but they were also awesome enough to send me two cute shirts and an apron. I love using Parmesan cheese when I cook. Not just on Italian dishes but sometimes I add it to other dishes to add to the flavor. The six that I received were: Parmesan and Romano, Parmesan, Basil and Oregano, Parmesan, Asiago and Romano, Classic Parmesan, Parmesan and Red Pepper and Parmesan and Garlic. I was super excited to try some of these out.

      So far I have tried the Parmesan and Romano and the Parmesan and Red Pepper. I used the Parmesan and Romano to make an Italian cauliflower dish. The recipe called for me to add it at the end of cooking, mix it up in the dish and let it melt. It melted so much better than some of the cheap store brand Parmesan cheese you can buy. It gave it a wonderful flavor like I was expecting. My family really enjoyed dinner that night. We even added a little to the top of our dish.  I used the Parmesan and Red pepper to add a little flavor to a Hawaiian Chicken dish that I have made before. After adding everything to my dish that I normally would I added just a little bit of cheese to each piece of chicken. We all really enjoyed the little bit of heat that the cheese gave the chicken. I would definitely make this dish again with the Parmesan and Red Pepper. I have to say I cannot wait to try the other flavors out. I have been looking for recipes that call for Parmesan cheese so I can try them and have also been looking for recipes that I can add it to. My family and I really enjoyed the Mama Francesca Parmesan cheeses. 

      I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for some Parmesan cheese, that you try and find the Mama Francesca brand to try. It has a wonderful taste and it really melted well. So much better than store brand that I have tasted before. My family and I definitely give Mama Francesca Parmesan a thumbs up lol.

Barbara’s handmade cookie pies

      I received the, apple caramel, to try a few days ago. I loved how it smelled, as soon as I opened the package I could smell the apples. I cut it up into portions for myself and family. My husband and son ate theirs and both said it was very good.  I ate mine after I got some things done around the house. I absolutely loved how it tasted. It was very sweet but not overpoweringly so. You could really taste the apples and some cinnamon. The caramel was chewy and tasted really good. It had pecans on the outside of it that gave it a little crunch. The shell of the "pie/cookie" tasted like a vanilla/sugar cookie. All those things alone I enjoy but when you add them all together I have to say it was one my favorite desserts. It was wonderfully tasty.

If you have the opportunity to try, I suggest that you give it a try. They are wonderful, I recommend anyone looking for a little bit of a different kind of dessert to give them a try. They are part cookie and part pie. The different tastes and textures make it a wonderful kind of dessert.

Green Earth Pan by Ozeri

           I received the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri last week to try. I followed the directions on seasoning the pan before I used it. It was a little heavier than I thought it would be but not too bad. I love the size of the pan, I got the 10".  It is perfect for what I will be using it for.

      I decided to make pan bread with it for my first time trying it. I have a hard time finding a skillet to make my pan bread in, where it won't stick and burn. I made up my batter and brought the pan up to the temperature I needed and sprayed the pan with a small amount of oil spray. I loved how the pan cooked my pan bread. It cooked it all the way through without burning it.  It is a wonderful pan to cook in and so easy to clean. I also fried some sausage in it for sandwiches, the next day. It again cooked perfectly and was so easy to clean.

      I would definitely recommend the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri. I used the 10" skillet and it has worked wonderfully for everything that I have tried in it and is so easy to clean. I love the size, how easy it is to cook in, and how easy it is to clean. If anyone is looking for a good, easy skillet to use this is definitely a must try. Very pleased with this product. It is AMAZING!!

       I received the Ozeri Cardio Tech Pro Series Digital Blood Pressure Monitor with Voice-Guided Operation, last week. I have high blood pressure and have been looking for a home blood pressure cuff so that I am able to check my pressure when I feel it is too high. I checked online for a few months looking for a good deal and then I received the Ozeri to write a review on. As soon as I got the Ozeri Cardio Tech Pro Series Digital Blood Pressure Monitor with Voice-Guided Operation I used it. It worked great all the way around. The instructions are very easy to understand and the commands from the voice guided operation were not hard to follow. The readout is easy to understand and not too small. It read accurately for my pressure. 

      I was very pleased with the Ozeri Cardio Tech Pro Series Digital Blood Pressure Monitor with Voice-Guided Operation. I was so pleased with it I brought it to my friend’s house so that she could check her mother's blood pressure. She recently had heart surgery and her blood pressure is still not under control. She gave the Ozeri Cardio Tech Pro Series Digital Blood Pressure Monitor with Voice-Guided Operation to her mother to use and she followed the instructions and did it herself. She said it was very easy to use and read. The readout was accurate to the manual blood pressure cuff my friend has. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a home blood pressure cuff that they give the Ozeri Cardio Tech Pro Series Digital Blood Pressure Monitor with Voice-Guided Operation a try. It works great and is easy to use. Very highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a home blood pressure cuff for themselves or family.
